Making a Booking

To enable us to look after you in the best possible way and to try to avoid the disappointment of not being able to provide the treatment you require, please book your treatments by calling if less than 24 hours or book through our website if more than 24 hours.

All treatments are to be paid online at the time of the booking is made via PayPal (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). Full payment will be required if there is no notification. Special online prices are booking 1 day in advance. For Monday to Friday only.

All treatments are subject to the availability of Qualified Therapists. Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations.

Your Booking

To maximize the benefits of your massage or treatment please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your confirmed time and also bring the reciept of your payment. All treatments are completed during the scheduled time. Please be aware if you arrive late your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation & Amendments

If you are unable to make your booking please let us know as soon as you can so we are able to offer our time to another guest.

We do require 72 hours notice for a cancellation and 48 hours notice for a amendment or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
